  I had booked a test drive of a car at Alto Audi Pennant Hills for 11am. I confirmed the appointment and when I turned up, got told "he is busy at the moment, you'll have to walk to the Skoda dealership next door I think he is there" I walked up to the skoda office and again was told "I think he's busy, he might be outside".. I said thats fine I'll have a look at the car from the outside, can you please let him know that I am here and that he can meet me at the car when he is ready... after standing in the sun for 30mins waiting with no contact, I hopped in my car and drove home. They then tried calling me an hour later, but didnt leave a msg or email so they have lost a potential $90k sale as a result.
